RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error by our fulfillment center are covered at their expense.
If you notice an issue with any of our products upon delivery, please email us at [email protected] immediately so that we can report the issue to our fulfillment center and process a new order as a replacement. Photo evidence of your claim purpose (i.e. misprints, defective or products damaged during shipping, etc.) is required in order for us to process a claim for reimbursement.
Important information to read before you order:
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. We will confirm an updated address with you and the order will be delivered to the corrected address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Please understand that your Case by Kate and/or CBK Company product is custom made just for you and therefore, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Should you have an issue with size, you will need to place a new order. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return and reorder. Note that Cases by Kate does not offer even exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. We strongly urge you to read our sizing charts where applicable so that you order the proper size accordingly. In certain circumstances, we can offer a discount code for future orders.
What happens if my package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, our fulfillment center will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
Once your order is fulfilled, most US bound deliveries will go out using USPS First Class Mail and are delivered within 4-10 days after fulfillment unless we are facing shipping related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions.
Please know that your case was made just for you - we do not stock cases or other products from our website. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your order!
