Cases by Kate Shipping & Return Policy
Our fulfillment center, based in California, takes about 2-7 business days to create CBK Company apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (Cases by Kate phone cases, etc.). Once fulfilled, shipping times need to be factored in. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, often times within a day or two. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Once shipped, note that our free Standard shipping (within the US) typically takes 3-5 days once your order is fulfilled but can take up to 5-6 days depending on your location and unforeseen delays.
If you would like your order to arrive sooner, we highly recommend choosing Priority Shipping at an additional cost. Priority orders typically move more quickly through fulfillment and ship faster (within 2-3 days).
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please contact us and we will submit a claims which must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our fulfillment center are covered at their expense.
If you notice an issue with any of our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can report the issue to our fulfillment center and process a new order as a replacement.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. We will confirm an updated address with you and the order will be delivered to the corrected address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Please understand that your Case by Kate and/or CBK Company product is custom made just for you and therefore, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Should you have an issue with size, you will need to place a new order. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return and reorder. Note that Cases by Kate does not offer even exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, we can offer a discount code for any additional orders.
