4. Cases by Kate will send you a proof for your approval.
5. After your proof has been approved and we have corresponded regarding your order details and shipping requirements, we will send a pay online invoice via PayPal.
6. Once payment is received, your order will be placed and mailed with the requested shipping time (Note: there is no FREE shipping on Custom bulk orders.)
